The way we do things to push boundaries is often left unsaid. From directly sourcing and working with the tea producers in each origin; to firing our tea using slow traditional charcoal method in-house; to buying huge lots of natural ingredients in its only season for the use of a whole year; to stocking literally tons of forest honey each year only to encourage the locals to help increase the number of wild bees who produces such one-of-a-kind forest honey and consequently preserves the Northern-Thai forest; to designing every detail of each furniture, interior and artwork in-house; to refining a single product for years before its launch; to churning our ice-cream fresh every morning at each branch and serving it within 12 hours so that it needs no additives and tastes natural. And much much more… It’s the contentment and the joy of caring for each present moment that fulfills and is rewarding. And, when the work is thoughtfully and effortfully done, that work is already truly loved… Peace 和 Oriental Teahouse at Gaysorn Amarin is a tribute to the love for everything we do.
